Whether you are sensing a call to missions, church planting, discipleship, or serving in your local church, CBI Luzon seeks to help equip you through biblical instruction and practical ministry preparation.
We welcome those who are willing to learn, grow, and be prepared to serve the Lord faithfully wherever He leads.
Student Handbook
Before applying to Calvary Bible Institute Luzon, prospective students are encouraged to read the Student Handbook.
The handbook provides important information about the school’s guidelines, student responsibilities, academic expectations, and other matters related to student life.

Admission Requirements
To apply to Calvary Bible Institute Luzon, prospective students must complete the enrollment form and provide a letter from their pastor.
1. Completed Enrollment Form
Applicants must fill out the official CBIL Enrollment Form and provide all the information requested. This includes the pastoral reference details required within the form.
2. Letter from Your Pastor
Applicants must also submit a letter written by the pastor on their behalf. This letter serves as a pastoral reference and provides the school with an opportunity to hear from the applicant’s pastor regarding their application.
Application Review
Once all required documents and information have been submitted, the school’s administration will review the application. Applicants will then be notified of the outcome of the initial review and whether they are accepted to proceed to the interview stage.
Please make sure both requirements are completed and submitted as part of your application.
How to Apply

Step 1 – Complete the Enrollment Form
Fill out the official CBIL Enrollment Form and provide all the required information. Make sure to include the pastoral reference details requested in the form.
Step 2 – Submit Your Pastor’s Letter
Ask your pastor to write a letter on your behalf and submit it along with your completed enrollment form.
Step 3 – Application Review
Once all requirements have been submitted, the school’s administration will review your application. You will be notified whether you may proceed to the interview stage.
Step 4 – Attend the Interview
Applicants who pass the initial review will proceed to an interview with the school.
Step 5 – Proceed to Tuition Payment
After completing the interview, applicants will proceed to the tuition payment stage. Students may choose to pay for the subjects offered within a semester or settle the tuition for the entire two-year program.
Tuition must be paid in advance, before the start of the applicable semester or academic year, according to the chosen payment arrangement.
Step 6 – Receive Enrollment Confirmation
After the payment process is completed, the school will send an official confirmation of enrollment. The administration will also keep in contact with the enrolled students and add them to the designated student communication channel for announcements, updates, and other important information.
